The City of Sugar Hill has an opening for a full time position as a Customer Service Representative in the Gas Department. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the public while entering gas utility payments, cut on and cut offs of gas service, answering all incoming calls for the administrative staff as well as the gas department and all other tasks as required. Excellent computer skills are necessary along with a strong customer service background involving a fast paced office environment. Applicant must be able to multi-task.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full City benefits including health/dental/life insurance.
