The Sugar Hill Mayor and City Council plan to attend a retreat where a quorum of the members will be present. The purpose of the retreat is to discuss vision, goals and direction for the future of the City. This retreat will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020, starting at 1:30 p.m. and concludes Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. The meetings will be held at The Hilton Garden Inn, 650 Tinsley Way, Rock Hill, SC.
