TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF SUGAR HILL, GEORGIA:
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of March, 2019, a Special Election will be held at the regular polling place for elections in the City of Sugar Hill, which is the Sugar Hill Community Center, located at 1166 Church Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518. The March 19, 2019 Special Election shall include the following question: whether the city shall permit and regulate Sunday sales of distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages for beverage purposes by the drink from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Voters desiring to allow the sale of distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages by the drink on Sundays between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. shall vote “YES,” and those voters desiring to prohibit the sale of distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages by the drink on Sundays between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. shall vote “NO.” The ballots to be used in the election shall have written or printed thereon substantially the following:

The polling location for the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on election day, Tuesday, March 19, 2019.
All residents of the City of Sugar Hill qualified to vote at such election shall be determined in all respects in accordance with the election laws of the State of Georgia.
The deadline to register to vote in the March 19, 2019 Special Election shall close at 5:00 p.m. on February 19, 2019.
This notice is given pursuant to the instructions of the Election Superintendent of the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia.

Por la presente se notifica que el 19 de Marzo de 2019, se llevará a cabo una Elección Especial en el lugar de votación regular para las elecciones en la ciudad de Sugar Hill, que es el Sugar Hill Community Center, ubicado en el 1166 Church Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518. La Elección especial del 19 de Marzo de 2019 incluirá la siguiente pregunta: si la ciudad debe permitir y regular las ventas dominicales de licores destilados o bebidas alcohólicas por tragos de 11:00 a.m. a 12:30 p.m.

El lugar de votación de la ciudad de Sugar Hill, Georgia estará abierto desde las 7:00 a.m. hasta 7:00 pm. el día de las elecciones, Martes, 19 de Marzo de 2019.
Todos los residentes de la Ciudad de Sugar Hill calificados para votar en dicha elección se determinarán en todos los aspectos de acuerdo con las leyes electorales del Estado de Georgia.
La fecha límite para registrarse para votar en la Elección Especial del 19 de Marzo de 2019 será a las 5:00 pm. el 19 de Febrero de 2019.
